I can not work without a contract. So please sign the contract and make a payment as soon as possible. Once that is secured, the rest of your website will be completed. It will be benificial to have a website to advertise on KBER because they broadcast in Salt Lake City too which is 200 miles from Pocatello. If people can buy your unique products online, it will make your advertising that much more effective!
The deal that I will give you on website design can not be matched by anyone. Exspecially since most people who do web-design typically don't do inventory too. That makes the web-site design that much more effective. You typically will not find a custom website like the one that I am making you for less then $1000 (without the inventory work). The typical range for a website of this type (50 e-commerce items, a front page, and FLASH movie production) is $2000 or more.
